Summer Staff
Staff Aged 14-15
If you’re 14 or 15 years old and excited about the opportunity to be part of our camp community, we encourage you to apply! We have very limited spaces for staff in this age bracket. If accepted, your involvement this summer will include:
- Staff Training (May 22-25, 2026) – A time to connect with your team and complete essential safety training to prepare for camp.
- Serve Week (June 14-19, 2026) – A hands-on opportunity to learn how camp operates.
- A Two-Week Block (Dates below) – Where you’ll serve as support staff for two awesome and exhausting weeks of camp!
- Block 1: June 22-July 3
- Block 2: July 5-17
- Block 3: July 19-30
During your time at camp, you’ll help out in areas like the kitchen, camp store, activity stations, cleaning, and providing general assistance wherever it’s needed. For more information, see the Dream Team job description. We can’t wait to see the energy and heart you bring to camp!
Paid Positions
We offer a limited number of sub minimum wage staff positions each summer. This is about $150 a week. These roles are available to individuals ages 18 and older who are able to serve for five or more weeks. Because only 10 paid positions are available, meeting the qualifications does not guarantee placement. However, all applicants who meet these requirements will be automatically considered during the application process.
Summer Leadership Team
We have six Summer Leadership Team positions available. Each role is compensated at $200 per week and offers an exciting opportunity to grow as a leader, mentor fellow staff members, work hard alongside a dedicated team, and play an essential role in the behind-the-scenes operations that make camp run smoothly.
- Dream Team Coach (2) – Dream Team Coaches lead and mentor our Dream Team, providing guidance, encouragement, and support in both big-picture responsibilities and day-to-day details. This role plays a vital part in ensuring behind-the-scenes operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Cabin Leader Coach (2) – Cabin Leader Coaches support and mentor cabin leaders by offering guidance, encouragement, and hands-on help throughout the week. They step in when campers need extra care, helping foster a safe, supportive, and well-led cabin environment.
- Program Coach (2) – Program Coaches lead the planning and execution of camp activities, ensuring crafts, games, and programs are engaging and well-run. This role develops strong leadership skills through directing activities, supporting fellow staff, and creating positive, organized experiences for campers.
Please Note: While we appreciate every applicant’s interest in joining our team, we have a limited number of positions available. Unfortunately, not all applicants will be accepted. We carefully review each application and seek individuals who best fit the needs of our program and campers. Thank you for understanding, and we encourage you to apply again in the future if you are not selected this time.
