BUILD Program
The Build Program is a team-building challenge and/or adventure program intentionally designed with these five objectives:

The Build Program provides groups or teams with opportunities to experience shared growth in a supportive environment through our skillfully planned programs. We recognize that everyone participating in our Build Program is unique. That’s why all of our indoor or outdoor Build Program events are intentionally tailored to fit the particular needs and desired outcomes of each group.

The Build Program provides groups or teams with opportunities to experience shared growth in a supportive environment through our skillfully planned programs. That’s why all of our indoor or outdoor Build Program events are intentionally tailored to fit the particular needs and desired outcomes of each group.
Goals when participating in the Build Program:
- Seek particular outcomes through the use of challenge and adventure activities
- Provide extraordinary experiences
- Intentionally charge the emotions (humor, frustration, joy, excitement, fear . . .)
- Zero classroom: In other words, the event is built entirely around group experiences, not class lecture – the outcomes are sought through doing activities together
Choose from a variety of activities including, but certainly not limited to:
High Challenge Course – A series of ropes obstacles and challenges built 30 feet off the ground in our pine grove. 
Zipline – Enjoy (or dread) 400 feet of, “I can’t believe I just jumped out of a perfectly good tree!” 
Caving – (or Spelunking if you prefer) Explore the dark depths of our ancient lava tubes. 
Eco Challenge Course – Take on the challenges of nature using some basic map and compass skills that we will teach you. (Similar to Geocaching, without your electronics) |
Portable Climbing Wall – Rock climbing up our 30 foot portable climbing tower 
Low Challenge Course – A variety of challenges and obstacles built on or near the ground and constructed from a combination of wood, rope, steel cable, and other creatively re-claimed materials 
Mud Pit – Good for tug-o-war, wrestling, or just getting insanely muddy! |
We can also bring the Build Program to you!
