Summer Leadership Team

​Are you ready for a summer leadership position? We are looking for six fun, talented, self-motivated, Jesus-loving team members to make up our Summer Leadership Team. ​The team provides leadership for the staff of both Day and Resident Camps, ​as well as mentoring, training and leading the Summer Staff Team participants.
  • 6 young adults (age 18 or older)
  • One male and female to serve in each position:
    • ​Program Assistant
    • Cabin Leader Coach
    • Dream Team Coach
  • Commitment Dates: 7 week mandatory commitment to live on site​
  • Paid position at camp sub-minimum wage of $175 per week
  • Willing to submit to and abide by camp policies and statement of faith.

Summer Leadership Team Positions:

Program Assistants

If you enjoy large group recreation, organizing events, and you can muster up a ton of energy, you may be good for the Program Assistant. This person will manage games, crafts and skits this summer, along with the staff it takes to make those things happen.

Cabin Leader Coach

Cabin Leader Coach is responsible for the welfare and care of the Cabin Leaders each week. The primary focus is to aid and be attentive to the Cabin Leaders in being the best they can be for the needs of the campers. ​

Dream Team Coach

Dream Team Coach is primarily responsible for the welfare, care and supervision of our Dream Team staff. You'll come along side to coach them in their work ethic and job responsibilities.
